From Old Leesburg to Bluff Road at Adams Pond, the Mill Creek basin reaches into the Lower Richland and Old Hopkins areas.
Following assessment evaluations, improvements to area pump stations and force main and gravity sewer are planned for the Mill Creek basin. The Upper Mill Creek Sewer Improvements project proposes the replacement of sanitary sewer pipeline to increase capacity, current and future wastewater flows, and to reduce sanitary sewer overflows.
